Lord Of The Rings
This is my page where i will show a few pix and tell the main story of The Lord Of The Rings
For the select few of you who do not know/like the story of LOtR, plz carry on reading anyway, and you may change your mind.

The Story
Frodo (Elijah Wood), is a hobbit, and finds the one ring that everybody has forgotten about, and he must take the ring to Rivendell, the Elven Refuge. His companions include, Sam (Sean Astin) Peregirn "Pippin" Took (Billy Boyd) and Meriadoc "Merry" Brandybuck (Dominic Monaghan). On the first part of the Journey they meet up with a stranger in The Prancing Pony Inn. He calls himself Strider, and the four hobbits have no choice but to trust him.

Strider/Aragorn
Once in Rivendell, the fate of the ring is decided. The Ring must be taken deep into the fiery country of Mordor to be destroyed. However, the Rings master, The Dark Lord Sauron, Lord of Mordor, needs only this ring to take over all of Middle-Earth. Frodo accepts the Challenge, with his 3 hobbit companions and Strider, now revealed to us as Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen) heir to the throne of Gondor. Also going with them to Mordor is an Elf, Legolas (Orlando Bloom) of the Mirkwood tribe, a dwarf, Gimli son of Gloin (John Rhys-Davies) and Boromir(sean bean), a man from Gondor. The last member of the Fellowship is Gandalf, a highly respected wizard.

The Fellowship of The Ring
The nine members of the fellowship set out in this first film, and their journey continues in The Two Towers, and the final of the trilogy, The Return Of the King.

These could probably be labelled the three greatest books and films of all time.
